Picture driving a vintage convertible, with cat-eyed sunglasses Sophia Loren style, through the Amalfi Coast en route to enjoy an Aperol Spritz and delici...ous crotini. That is Aperitivo. It is not just a way of drinking and eating, it is a state of mind. It is a vibe. Aperitivo hour was created to whet the palate, open up the appetite, and allow you to keep sipping and enjoying without getting drunk. Thus, setting the tone for a beautiful dinner. The team has immersed themselves in research and training for months to bring this experience to gourmands and bonvivants everywhere.
