As we close the doors to our hotel again today and bring an end to our usual day to day operation to ensure the safety our staff, we reflect on the past year as a time of change and a way of working that we have never experienced before. Some changes have been for the better and some forced upon us to ensure the protection of our guests and crew. Although our usual 'sell-out' event is stowed away for another year, we invite you to celebrate the end of 2020 in the Seven Seas Brasserie for drinks, dining and delightful service. Our Brasserie will be set with a sparkle in two sessions (2pm Lunch / 7pm Dinner) for this special occasion, arrive to a glass of Champagne before service of a delicious, high quality New Year's Eve lunch ...or dinner. For Guests choosing 'Dinner' from 7pm, you will be welcome to join our Crew for a Champagne countdown to 2021 (if restrictions allow) Alternatively, service will be complete by 9.30pm so enough time to make it home for midnight if you prefer. Once again it is time for us to say see you soon. Closure of our wonderful hotel is always a last resort but we have taken the decision that we will once again close from Sunday 10th of January. We love serving our guests but it is time to put the health and safety of our team of staff first and close to ensure their safety. It’s not goodbye, it’s just see you soon.
